Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

Agreement

By using Sayly (“Sayly”), including the Chrome extension and website at https://sayly.vercel.app/, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

What Sayly is

Sayly suggests draft replies for conversations on supported messaging websites. Suggestions are for your review. You decide whether to edit and send any message. Sayly does not send messages on your behalf.

Accounts

You may need to sign in with Google to generate replies. You are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep access to your Google account secure.

Free and Pro plans

  • Free plan includes a daily generation limit as shown in the product.
  • Pro is a paid subscription with features described on the pricing page. Billing is handled by Razorpay as a monthly subscription (UPI and cards). The price is shown on the pricing page.
  • You can cancel Pro from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already charged are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Sayly for harassment, fraud, spam, or illegal activity
  • Attempt to abuse, scrape, or overload our services
  • Reverse engineer or resell the service except as allowed by law
  • Misrepresent AI-generated drafts as something they are not when disclosure is legally required

You are solely responsible for the messages you send and for complying with WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and other platform terms.

AI suggestions — no guarantees

Replies are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Sayly is not a substitute for your judgment. We do not guarantee any particular outcome from using a suggestion.

Intellectual property

The Sayly name, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Subject to these Terms, you may use the extension for your personal or internal business use.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Sayly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for messages you choose to send. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for Pro in the three months before the claim or (b) USD $50.

Changes

We may update these Terms or the product. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes may be noted by updating the “Last updated” date on this page.
